Do you host the system, or do we need our own server?
We deploy and manage it on cPanel hosting — yours if you already have it, or hosting we set up and maintain for you. Either way, you're not left to manage the server yourself.
How long does a build usually take?
It depends on scope, but we deliver module by module rather than as one big launch — you get working pieces early, tested against real data, instead of waiting months for everything at once.
What happens after the system goes live?
We stay on. Fixes, small changes and new modules get added as your business changes — this isn't a handoff-and-disappear engagement.
Do you only work with businesses in Tamil Nadu or Pondicherry?
Most of our work has been for businesses in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry, but the systems themselves are built and supported remotely, so location isn't a hard limit.
Can you customize an existing system, like RetailFlow or Pharmacy ERP, for our business?
Yes — most of what's in our portfolio started as one build and got adapted for a specific business's rules, categories and workflow. Tell us how yours works and we'll tell you what would need to change.
